Refunds & Cancellations

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for NicheRecon, operated by Vishal Kundar (sole proprietor), Bangalore, Karnataka, India. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments.

1. Paid plans (Radar and Radar Pro)

Paid plans, Radar (₹399) and Radar Pro (₹750), are one-time payments that activate the plan for a fixed validity period (currently 30 days) and grant instant access to their features.

  • Plans do not auto-renew and we store no payment mandate. When the validity period ends, the plan lapses to Free automatically and you are never charged again unless you choose to purchase again.
  • Because there is no recurring charge, no cancellation step is needed. Unused chat queries and purchased credits stay on your account after a plan lapses.
  • We do not provide refunds for the current (already-started) validity period, as the plan is delivered digitally and usable immediately.
  • If you delete your account (Account & Settings → Delete account), your access ends immediately and any remaining plan validity, unused chat queries, and unused credits are forfeited without refund, except as required by law.

2. One-time purchases (Launch Report ₹499, on-demand research ₹300)

Launch Reports and on-demand research are pay-per-item digital products generated on your behalf.

  • Because they consume live compute and data the moment they begin, they are non-refundable once processing has started (a Launch Report generates immediately after payment).
  • If a report or research task fails to generate due to an error on our side and cannot be recovered, you receive a full refund or a replacement credit, whichever you prefer.

3. Wrongful, duplicate or failed charges

If you are charged in error (for example a duplicate charge, or a charge where access or credit was not delivered), we will refund the amount in full to your original payment method. Approved refunds are processed to the source within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email nicherecon.help@outlook.com from your registered email address, including the transaction date and amount so we can locate it. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days. You can also reach us via our Contact Us page.

5. Related terms

This policy forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.
