What we can help with
- Account and sign-in help (we use passwordless email OTP).
- Questions about the Free, Radar (₹399) and Radar Pro (₹750) plans.
- Launch Reports (₹499) and on-demand research orders (₹300 per task).
- Billing, payment, and refunds & cancellations.
- Personal-data requests (access, correction, deletion) under our Privacy Policy. Signed-in users can also edit their profile or delete their account directly from the Account & Settings page in the app.
- Data questions, corrections, or general feedback — signed-in users can also use the "Leave feedback" form on the Account & Settings page.
Billing & payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. For anything related to a charge, please email nicherecon.help@outlook.com with your registered email and the date/amount of the transaction so we can locate it quickly. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy for timelines.
